1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop of Badshah Perfume. Order and payment processing is carried out via the Shopify platform.

2. Contracting party & conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Badshah Perfume, owner Shahpoor Asadat. The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing the order process in the Shopify checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros. As a small business within the meaning of § 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), we do not show any VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order with binding effect.

4. Shipping costs & delivery

The applicable shipping costs as well as available shipping methods and delivery times are shown transparently in the Shopify checkout. Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments). Processing is carried out securely via Shopify or the respective payment service providers.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please see our Right of Withdrawal. For reasons of hygiene, the right of withdrawal may be restricted for unsealed perfume and cosmetic items.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. All perfumes offered are original products of their respective manufacturers.

8. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
