Processing in connection with orders (Shopify)

Our online shop as well as order, payment and shipping processing are provided technically via the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland). When you place an order, the data you enter (name, delivery address, billing address, email, telephone number if applicable, and payment data) is processed to fulfil the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Shopify processes this data as a processor on our behalf. For details, see the Shopify Privacy Policy.

Payment service providers

Payments are processed via the payment service providers offered at checkout (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card). Your payment data is transmitted directly to the respective provider; we do not store complete payment data.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, your details will be stored in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies & local storage

This website uses local browser storage (localStorage) to save your shopping cart between visits. This data remains on your device. Technically necessary cookies may be used in the Shopify checkout.
